1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to marketingwithai.life (the "Website") and the general framework for services offered by Marketing With AI Pte. Ltd. ("Marketing With AI", "we", "us"), a B2B marketing agency registered in Singapore (UEN 202907162M) with its studio at 1 Paya Lebar Link #06-08 PLQ2, Singapore 408533. By accessing the Website or engaging our team enablement programmes, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or our Services.

Specific programme engagements are additionally governed by written proposals, engagement letters, or service agreements signed with your organisation ("Engagement Documents"). Where an Engagement Document conflicts with these Terms, the Engagement Document prevails for that engagement.

2. Services scope

Marketing With AI provides professional marketing training, AI-integrated workflow enablement, corporate team programmes, facilitation, and related documentation for business clients. Our Services are designed for marketing teams, agencies, and corporate departments — not for individuals seeking life coaching, therapy, counselling, wellness programmes, personal transformation, income guarantees, or spiritual guidance.

Website content — including programme descriptions, pricing references, case examples, and statistics — is informational only and does not constitute an offer to contract. Binding commitments arise only through signed Engagement Documents and confirmed payment terms.

3. Eligibility and business use

The Website and Services are intended for business professionals aged eighteen and above acting in a commercial capacity. By submitting an enquiry, you represent that you have authority to contact us on behalf of your organisation where applicable, and that information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You agree not to misuse the Website: no automated scraping that impairs performance, no introduction of malware, no attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, no impersonation, and no submission of unlawful, defamatory, or harassing content through our forms.

4. Intellectual property

All Website content — text, graphics, logos, layout, programme names, and documentation templates displayed for marketing purposes — is owned by Marketing With AI or licensed to us. You may view and print pages for internal business evaluation. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written consent, except where programme deliverables are explicitly assigned to your organisation under an Engagement Document.

During programmes, participants may create work products using our frameworks. Ownership and usage rights for those work products are defined in the Engagement Document. Unless otherwise agreed, client-provided briefs and confidential materials remain the client's property; our pre-existing methodologies and facilitator materials remain ours.

5. Enquiries and booking

Contact form submissions constitute an invitation to treat, not a confirmed booking. We respond to business enquiries within two Singapore business days where possible. Programme dates, venue (PLQ2 studio or client premises), participant limits, and fees are confirmed in writing before commencement.

You are responsible for ensuring participant lists, room access, and internal approvals are arranged per the Engagement Document. Late changes to participant numbers may affect room layout and facilitator allocation.

6. Fees and payment

Fees are quoted in Singapore dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment terms — deposit, balance due date, and accepted methods — are specified in Engagement Documents. Late payment may incur interest or suspension of services as stated in the Engagement Document. We do not store full payment card numbers on Website servers.

Indicative pricing on the Website or in preliminary discussions may change based on scope, customisation, travel for on-site delivery, and cohort size. Taxes applicable under Singapore law are your responsibility unless quoted inclusive.

7. Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling rules are set out in your Engagement Document. Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Rescheduling with more than ten Singapore business days' notice: no rescheduling fee if an alternative date is available within ninety days;
  • Rescheduling with ten or fewer business days' notice: may incur room, catering, and facilitator costs already committed;
  • Cancellation by client with more than ten business days' notice: deposit may be applied to a future booking within six months or refunded minus reasonable administrative costs as stated in the Engagement Document;
  • Cancellation with ten or fewer business days' notice: deposit and committed costs may be forfeited;
  • Marketing With AI cancellation due to facilitator illness or force majeure: we will offer rescheduling or proportional refund of fees paid for undelivered sessions.

8. Client responsibilities

Client organisations are responsible for participant conduct, compliance with venue rules, and ensuring that materials shared in sessions do not violate third-party rights or confidentiality obligations. You must inform us of AI governance policies, restricted tool categories, and data-handling rules before programmes begin so facilitators can align exercises.

You agree not to record audio or video of sessions unless explicitly permitted in writing. Default practice is documented summaries only.

9. Disclaimers

Services provide professional education and workflow enablement. We do not guarantee specific marketing outcomes, revenue increases, viral reach, follower growth, search rankings, or campaign ROI. AI tools evolve rapidly; we teach transferable practices but cannot warrant future performance of third-party platforms.

Website content is general business information. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Marketing With AI is not a life coaching or wellness provider. Nothing on the Website should be interpreted as promising personal transformation or individual therapeutic benefit.

The Website is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We maintain reasonable security but do not warrant that the Website is error-free or free from harmful components.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Marketing With AI and its directors, employees, and facilitators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from Website use or Services — even if advised of the possibility.

Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to Services under a specific Engagement Document shall not exceed the fees paid by your organisation for that Engagement Document in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be excluded by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Marketing With AI against claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Website, violation of third-party rights, or unlawful participant conduct during on-site delivery at your premises.

12. Privacy and cookies

Personal data practices are described in our Privacy Policy. Cookie use is described in our Cookie Policy. Enquiry form consent is required before submission under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

13. Third-party tools

Programmes may demonstrate third-party AI, CRM, advertising, or analytics tools. We do not control those providers. Your use of third-party tools is subject to their terms and your organisation's licences. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or data practices.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory arbitration or dispute resolution clause in an Engagement Document. We encourage good-faith negotiation before formal proceedings.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Website with a new effective date. Material changes to active Engagement Documents require mutual written agreement. Continued Website use after posting constitutes acceptance of updated Terms for browsing purposes.
