Privacy Policy
Effective date: 24 June 2026 · Marketing With AI Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202907162M)
1. Introduction
Marketing With AI Pte. Ltd. ("Marketing With AI", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore ("PDPA") and applicable subsidiary legislation. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect personal data when you visit marketingwithai.life (the "Website"), submit enquiries, register for programmes, or otherwise interact with our B2B marketing training and corporate enablement services (collectively, the "Services").
Marketing With AI is a B2B marketing agency in Singapore with an AI-forward team enablement practice. We provide professional marketing training and team programmes for business clients. We do not offer life coaching, therapy, counselling, wellness programmes, or personal transformation services. Personal data we process relates to business and professional contexts unless you voluntarily provide additional information.
By using the Website or submitting personal data to us, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. Where consent is required under the PDPA, we obtain it through clear affirmative action — for example, ticking a consent checkbox on our contact form before submission.

3. Personal data we collect
3.1 Data you provide directly
When you complete our contact form, register interest in a programme, or correspond with us by email or phone, we may collect:
- Identity and contact data: full name, work email address, phone number, job title, and company name;
- Enquiry content: messages describing your team size, programme interests, preferred dates, delivery location preferences, marketing tool stack, and other business requirements;
- Consent records: timestamps and affirmative consent confirmations for PDPA processing;
- Contract and billing data: if you engage our Services, purchase order references, billing contacts, and payment-related correspondence (we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers).
3.2 Data collected automatically
When you browse the Website, we may automatically collect technical and usage data including IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, session duration, and approximate geographic location derived from IP. This data is collected through server logs and, where you consent, analytics cookies described in our Cookie Policy.
3.3 Data from programme participation
If your organisation books a team session, we may process attendee names, dietary requirements for catered sessions, accessibility needs, and work products created during training (such as prompt templates and workflow diagrams) where relevant to deliverables agreed in your engagement letter. Client briefs and campaign materials shared in sessions are handled under confidentiality terms in your Engagement Document.
3.4 Special categories
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data such as health information beyond dietary or accessibility notes you voluntarily provide for session logistics. Please do not submit medical, psychological, or other sensitive personal data unrelated to programme delivery. Our Services are not designed for personal wellness or life coaching contexts.
4. Purposes of collection, use, and disclosure
We collect and use personal data for the following purposes, relying on consent, contractual necessity, or legitimate business interests as permitted under the PDPA:
- Responding to enquiries about team sessions, AI programmes, corporate enablement retainers, and general business questions;
- Preparing proposals, quotes, and engagement letters;
- Delivering booked programmes at our Paya Lebar studio or at client premises;
- Administrative operations including scheduling, invoicing, and customer support;
- Maintaining Website security, diagnosing technical issues, and preventing fraud or abuse (including honeypot fields on forms);
- Improving our Website and Services through aggregated analytics where you have consented to optional cookies;
- Complying with legal obligations, responding to lawful requests from authorities, and enforcing our Terms of Service;
- Internal record-keeping and audit trails required for corporate governance.
We may disclose personal data to:
- Service providers who assist with hosting, email delivery, analytics (with consent), payment processing, and professional advisers bound by confidentiality obligations;
- Your employer or contracting entity where you participate in a programme booked on behalf of an organisation;
- Regulators, courts, or law enforcement when required by applicable law.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share enquiry data with unrelated third parties for their independent marketing without your consent. We do not use client campaign materials to train public AI models without explicit written consent.
5. Legal basis and consent
Under the PDPA, organisations must obtain consent before collecting, using, or disclosing personal data unless an exception applies. Our contact form requires explicit PDPA consent before submission; consent checkboxes are not pre-ticked. You may withdraw consent for optional processing (such as analytics cookies) at any time via cookie settings or by contacting us, though withdrawal may limit certain Website features.
Where processing is necessary to perform a contract with your organisation or to take steps at your request before entering a contract, we may rely on contractual necessity. Where we have a legitimate interest — such as securing our Website against abuse — we balance that interest against your rights and provide opt-outs where appropriate.
6. AI programme data handling
During team programmes, facilitators may process marketing workflow examples, prompt drafts, and tool configurations under client agreements. Exercises are designed for professional marketing contexts. Participants should avoid entering personal customer data into demo tools unless your organisation's AI governance policy permits it. We document which tool categories are used in-session and provide summary notes for compliance colleagues upon request.
Session outputs — prompt libraries, automation maps, RACI charts — are delivered to the contracting organisation as specified in the Engagement Document. We retain copies only as long as needed for support, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
7. Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law. Enquiry records are typically retained for twenty-four months unless a commercial relationship continues. Contract and financial records may be retained for seven years to meet Singapore accounting and tax requirements. Cookie consent preferences are stored for six months. Server logs are rotated on a rolling basis, generally not exceeding twelve months. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.
8. Cross-border transfers
Our primary systems are hosted with providers that may process data in Singapore and other jurisdictions. Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, we take steps reasonably required under the PDPA to ensure recipients provide a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA, including contractual clauses with subprocessors where applicable. You may request information about transfer safeguards by contacting us.
9. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data we hold, including access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS) for the Website, honeypot spam protection on forms, and staff confidentiality obligations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but will notify affected individuals and the Personal Data Protection Commission where required if a notifiable data breach occurs.
10. Your rights under the PDPA
Subject to exceptions in the PDPA, you may have the right to:
- Request access to personal data we hold about you and information about how it has been used or disclosed within the past year;
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
- Withdraw consent for processing that relies on consent, with reasonable notice;
- Request, in certain circumstances, that we inform you of the ways we have used or disclosed your personal data.
To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We may request verification of identity. We will respond within thirty days or inform you if an extension is needed. A reasonable fee may apply for manifestly unfounded or excessive access requests as permitted by law.
11. Third-party links
The Website may contain links to third-party websites such as Google Fonts or the Personal Data Protection Commission. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review their policies before providing personal data.
12. Children
Our Services are directed at business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under eighteen years of age. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, contact us for deletion.
13. Updates to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. The effective date at the top will be revised accordingly. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Website after updates constitutes acknowledgement of the revised policy where permitted by law.
